Dee and Jaiden joined the usual Sunday workout with Alex. Deadlift form on last set was off, didn’t feel right so stopped at one rep.

BB Walking Lunges 95 lbs
Tractor tire flips
Up and down the driveway with both

Tried a different grip on bench, almost no pain in wrists but will take some getting used to. First time doing pin presses, did singles with pause, tougher than I thought it would be. Conditioning was a burner! Quads and glutes were toast by the end.

Finished at 12:55p, 79F.
