POST WORKOUT
IRON SCAP

Ran on treadmill 0.12 mi (used 0.15 since it takes a bit to get up to speed). Added belt for deadlifts after 1st round. Not really enough space for burpees over bar but made it work. Fun little burner, will try this one again.

Finished at 6:45pm, 43F.
